A Food Chemist by profession and with a PhD in Food Science and Nutrition, Birgit brings over 22 years of experience at Nestlé, where she has worn many hats, from Scientist to Innovation & Deployment Manager. Currently, she serves as Global R&D Project Manager, driving initiatives that make a positive impact on our world. Birgit's impressive experience in innovation make her an inspiring speaker on project management applied not only in science, but also in your personal life.
