


How can we, as Nestlé, communicate to Gen Z about our sustainability efforts in Switzerland?
(exclusive event for Swiss Based youth)
🎯 Challenge Objective:
For this idea challenge, we want to explore how we can communicate on the sustainability efforts being made in Switzerland to Gen Z, in particular. We would like to focus on engaging the younger generation through various channels (such as social media, events, music & arts) and explore the gaps in the current communication landscape. With this challenge we are looking for innovative approaches to connect with young people on our sustainability journey along the Nestlé value chain.
We are looking for innovative ideas - the sky is the limit!
🏆 Challenge Reward:
- Financial reward totaling CHF10,000 to be shared between the top 3 winning submissions.
- Mentorship and networking with industry experts from Nestlé.
- Invitation to participate in an on-site Nestlé location for the final pitching session.
- All pitching finalists will receive formal recognition for their participation in the form of an official digital certificate.
✅Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must accept the terms and conditions linked to the challenge
- Applicants can apply with a team member or as individuals
- Applicants should be enrolled at a Swiss University or living in Switzerland
- Applicants should be under the age of 30.
